Our friendly Godalming Fitcamp is all about getting fit and having fun all at the same time! Don’t be put off if you’re not fit as a fiddle as the Godalming classes cater for all levels. No matter how out of shape or unfit you are, what age or size our workouts suit everyone. Keep attending classes and you’ll soon be moving up the ranks as your fitness levels improve. We’ve got members from 16 to 60 years of age who want to lose weight, fit back in their favorite jeans and those who are just fitness fanatics! The mix of people make our fitness camps special along with our AMAZING instructors! Everyone is welcome to join our friendly fitness family.

We Are Different!
Our fitcamp is about you and supporting your goals and targets. We aren't just about exercise instead we give you the tools to succeed and maintain a healthy lifestyle with no looking back.Bootcamps are often associated with military beasting type sessions. We are a personal training class and a fitness community with a difference. There will be no shouting or pushing you to the brink, we prefer the softer approach. We are not just another bootcamp!
We don't believe in packing our classes full to the brim we have a maximum of 18 in our classes, which allows us to focus on everybody as an individual. We are a fitness community and we want everyone to get to know one another and offer support and encouragement. We also have a lot of fun during our sessions, lots of banter, jokes and some games all to stop boredom getting in the way of hitting your fitness goals. We also have two instructors most sessions to ensure you get the help you need and to assist beginners with exercises that may be foreign to them.
No Long, Boring Cardio Sessions
We believe in making exercise fun for all so we don't believe in endless bouts of cardio. We programme exercises to keep you burning calories for hours after our sessions. We only use exercises that have been proven to get results fast; after all you have 600 muscles and we want you to use all of them, keeping your metabolism fired up. Our workouts change every session to keep your body guessing and constantly needing to adapt.
We provide all our bootcamp monthly members with a handy nutritional guide, recipes and progress monitoring charts. Just remember nutrition is 80% of any health and fitness journey. We want you to succeed.
