I’m Rachael and I run Target PT full-time, I’m a qualified and fully insured personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. I have 7 years PT experience and 20 years plus training experience from marathons, swimming competitively to recreational CrossFit. All training experience that I can pass onto my clients.
My aim with my business is to teach health and lifestyle changes that last. No fad diets or health products just little changes slowly that amount to big changes over time.
My passion is to empower my clients especially women with CONFIDENCE and the knowledge to exercise not just during sessions but outside of . It brings me joy to see clients get their first push up, sit up or just see their strength grow week on week.
I want all my clients to enjoy exercise and make it a permanent fixture in their week so my aim isn’t to destroy you, it’s to build a better stronger YOU carefully over time with a few laughs along the way.
